Transportation Overview

The buses are provided by the Office of Pupil Transportation (OPT). Information on bus routing will only be posted on your child’s New York City Schools Account. (NYCSA). If busing issues arise and you need to file a complaint please call the OPT Hotline at (718) 392-8855. Be sure to get a complaint number. You can also report bus issues through the VIA App.
